The American Gas Association is having a conference on April 30th from 12 - 2 pm at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center and they chose to support the USS Fort Worth with a Care Package event.
Their members are going to gather together for a fun event with a card writing station and a care package station where they will put together individually packaged goody bags for each crew member.
To help them out, we are collecting
Individual bags of ground coffee
small bags of nuts
Halo de Santo suckers
chapstick
sunscreen
energy bars
We are also looking for a few folks to represent the committee on April 30th from 12 - 2 pm. If this sounds fun to you - email Karen or Kelle
